The Company

Immuno-Genic Corporation was formed October 29, 2001. It is a Nevada Corporation licensed to do business in the State of Florida. The Corporation was formed for the sole purpose of researching and developing the Ig2000. The product, the Ig2000, has been used commercially in the veterinary field since 1999. The human application of the technology has gone from initial field research to a "Proof of Concept" study. Today, the technology is being evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and our Application to Market is pending.

At present, Immuno-Genic Corporation is a privately held company with over 250 shareholders. The corporate goal is to bring the company public through a PO or an IPO or a merger/aquisition with an established entity that has the ability to market this proprietary patented product worldwide.

Funding is currently raised through a Private Placement Memorandum and the sale of veterinary units.

Mission Statement

Immuno-Genic Corporation, IGC, will be the world leader in bio-photonic medicine using science based technology. IGC was formed in 2001 with the main objective being to provide improved, state-of-the-art medical care for all humankind. IGC will work closely with the appropriate regulatory agencies, research centers, clients, customers, and corporate staff to accomplish its goals. Business will be conducted in a legal, ethical and moral manner to maintain IGC's long term position in the medical industry.
